ACHIEVE Institute Receives TESDA CTPR for Content Creation (Social Media) PQF Level III

ACHIEVE Institute is now officially authorized by TESDA to offer Content Creation (Social Media) PQF Level III, making it the only registered program of its kind in the Cordillera Administrative Region. The Certificate of TVET Program Registration was awarded on January 24, 2026, during the 7th Anniversary of CSITE.

ACHIEVE Institute for Technical-Vocational and Lifelong Learning, Inc. – Center for Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Technology has officially been awarded the Certificate of TVET Program Registration (CTPR) for Content Creation (Social Media) PQF Level III by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The CTPR was formally awarded by TESDA Director General, Secretary Kiko Benitez, together with TESDA CAR Acting Regional Director Engr. Glenn Murphy, TESDA Benguet Provincial Director Ms. Arlene Cadalig, and Deputy Director General for TVET Partnerships and Linkages, DDG Nelly Nita N. Dillera. The awarding took place on January 24, 2026, during the 7th Anniversary Celebration of CSITE, held at the CSITE Multi-Purpose Hall.

The Certificate was proudly received by ACHIEVE Institute’s CEO and President, Mr. Jonathan “Nathan” Barroga, alongside the Director for Operations, Ms. Angel Ruth Gonzales, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s continuing commitment to quality technical-vocational education and lifelong learning.

With the issuance of the CTPR, ACHIEVE Institute is now officially accredited and authorized to operate and offer the Content Creation (Social Media) Level III program. Notably, this program is the only registered Content Creation (Social Media) Level III TVET program in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), positioning ACHIEVE Institute at the forefront of digital skills development in the region.

This accreditation reflects ACHIEVE Institute’s dedication to providing industry-relevant, future-ready programs that respond to the growing demand for skilled professionals in digital media, marketing, and content creation. The Institute looks forward to empowering learners with competencies aligned with national standards and emerging industry needs.

ACHIEVE Institute Marks Grand Opening with Blessing and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony in Baguio City

Baguio City, Philippines — December 18, 2025 — ACHIEVE Institute for Technical-Vocational and Lifelong Learning, Inc. formally marked its entry into the educational landscape of Baguio City with its Grand Opening, Blessing, and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony held on December 18, 2025. The event signified a major milestone as ACHIEVE Institute officially opened its doors as one of the city’s newest institutions dedicated to skills development, workforce readiness, and lifelong learning.

The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors, led by CEO and President Mr. Jonathan A. Barroga, along with Board members Ms. Angel Gonzales, Ms. Haydeeh Baldino, Ms. Donna Marie Laroco, and Ms. Janne Laroco. Also present were representatives of Hon. Mayor Rex Aquisan, represented by Ms. Irish Aquisan, as well as key stakeholders and partners from both the public and private sectors who share the Institute’s commitment to quality, industry-aligned education.

The event was graced by distinguished guests from industry partner establishments, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Up North Business Club (UNBC), Hoteliers Club International, leaders from the wedding and events industry, and other business and professional organizations. The program commenced with a prayer and blessing led by Pastor Jhune Janeo, followed by the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, symbolizing the Institute’s formal launch and future direction.

In his keynote message, Mr. Barroga traced the roots of the organization from its beginnings as ACHIEVE Consultancy in 2018 to its evolution into ACHIEVE Institute, underscoring its mission to equip learners with relevant competencies, essential life skills, and opportunities for professional advancement.

CSITE Executive Director Ms. Daisy Bungallon emphasized the critical role of life skills and continuous upskilling in addressing the evolving needs of today’s workforce. Meanwhile, UNBC Founder Ms. Jeannine Chan highlighted the importance of collaboration and strong business networks, commending the Board of Directors and reflecting on ACHIEVE Institute’s growth and transformation over the years.

The program concluded with closing remarks from Ms. Angel Gonzales, Director for Operations and Corporate Treasurer. The ceremony was hosted by International Host Don Dante Casibang III, whose professionalism greatly contributed to the success of the event.

ACHIEVE Institute expressed its appreciation to all partners, guests, and supporters who took part in the celebration. Application Procedure for Assessment and Certification

New Applicants

STEP 1: Visit the ACHIEVE Institute for Technical-Vocational and Lifelong Learning, Inc. registrar office and submit the following documentary requirements:

• Application Form accurately accomplished.

• Accomplished Self-Assessment Guide

• Two (2) colored passport-sized photos with a white background, wearing a collared outfit.

STEP 2: Pay the assessment fee at the Cashier’s Office.

STEP 3: Get your Admission Slip. 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘦: 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘱 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.

STEP 4: Attend the Competency Assessment on the specified date.
